I changed my email address/ Eversafe id but I can no longer see my account info after logging in with the new id/email address. Does it take time to associate my account with the new username or do I need to open a ticket?

I went to the chat bot and clicked sign in and got the following:
Thank you for logging in, {$webhook:r.givenName}.
That suggests I currently have no username. Is the "manage eversafe id" option supposed to be instant?
Incognito mode didn't work.
I sent a pm to cs agent.

try again using browser with incognito mode
