Change my susscription

I just changed my subscription to increase increase my data and paid for the change. The change is not reflected as yet. is this delay normal?

What I would suggest is to reboot your phone. If that doesn't work, go into your Network Settings and refresh them. That will force a reconnect between your phone and account with PM. Then reboot. That should resolve it. But do look at your account and confirm if you chose change now or at the end of your current cycle.

It depends whether you pick to change your subscription NOW or on your next RENEWAL DATE.

If you picked NOW, PM is a prepaid service so any unused days. It is not prorated so no refund.

If you picked on your Next Renewal Date. You will have to wait.

But try rebooting your phone first to see if that helped.
