you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will change for you,

The only way to have your email changed to your Self Serve account is to ask the Customer Support to do it for you.
To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two methods to reach them:

If you mean the email to your Community account, you can do that yourself in My Settings under your Avatar, top, right of your Community page.

Contact customer support where you will have to verify your account via Simple--Simon when you submit your ticket. Once a CSA contacts you.... you will have to answer correctly 3 out 4 questions about your account to further verify you are the account holder. Then you will be able to change your email. Make sure you then match your community accounts email to your self serve account.

@kathwal56 : You can still log in. It just acts as a username login id here. If you've forgotten your password then yeah that's a problem. But you would really want to get it changed.

To change the e-mail address associated with your self serve account, load up https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then type "change self serve email address".
