Change my email account and add my wife to my plan

Hi 

I like some info on how to change my email on my public mobile account.  My wife would like to get a public mobile phone package.  I wondering how would I receive rewards for this.  I also have a unused public mobile SIM card that I previously purchased but did not use.

1.  Only PM support can help to change the email address for you on My Account

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 

    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

 

 

 

2. for your wife setup, login to your own My account to get the friend referral code. Copy it

when you activate for your wife, at step 4, payment, you will enter the code so your wife will get $10 referral bonus and you will get $1 or 1 point every cycle

also, for your wife account, you will need to use a different email address to setup. One email is need for one PM account login

@Statman0207  Each account needs its own email can’t have two lines on same account , but to change email you needs open ticket
