I will be giving my SIM card to my brother this weekend. How do I change the email address on the account log-in page to his name?

But the point is, it's not working. I don't need it to work for me, as I have a password manager that works for every site I use, other than Loblaw's pharmacy and optimum points, and my Scotiabank Prepaid Visa.
I don't rely on the password reset options as I don't need them. However, knowing that there's an issue with the system that fails when I 'test' it, leads me to believe that it may not be just me facing this issue, and the day-to-day forum posts asking what to do 'I can't get the email' and the 'email came too late' show it's an ongoing issue.

It is not like the password reset sends an email to any address. I have accounts that are not mine originally and I have given accounts to friends and family who are not the original account holders. No attempt has ever been made to fully update the email address. Going off topic slightly, there are other account attributes like date of birth that is in the activation screen that nobody cares about after the fact. In the really extreme situations, this information is potentially useful.

The problem is, that email you're changing doesn't get emails for the password reset. There is a 'behind the scene' email that needs to be updated by the moderators if you can get them to find it, and update it.

Self Serve => My Profile => Change Username => Input new email
Again, the email doesn't really matter since PM doesn't send emails other than the activation details (and password reminders, if you requested so).

@Sher39, you can do most of the updating on your own via the online portal. The login can be changed by the user. However, the email address on file for doing stuff like password resets (not that this function seems to ever work) requires moderator team to complete. Given the long response time, I suggest doing to changes online yourself and worrying about the full change through the moderators later.

You will need to contact the Moderator Team to make this change.
