Change credit card on file

I want to pay my bill ,the card i have on file expired so i want to change it and i can't do it

If you are having problems login to your account, clear the cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser and use a laptop or desktop before login.

Then go to Payment section and update your CC.

If you still having issues, you will need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account.

Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher from these locations and dial 611 to enter the voucher number:

@dompimsarah   can you login to My Account?

 

If not, you can first try to reset password using the link there (https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password).  Enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

 

if not, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

 

Once you got back to My Account, just go to Payment page, Manage payment method and Update card information to enter the new card

If you need to pay and renewal urgently, you can also buy a voucher from stores (better to buy from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug as their vouchers can be used immediately).  Then you can load the voucher using *611 on your phone or via My Account

Would recommend doing these below steps while in incognito or private mode to avoid the self-serve caching problems which are on-going with Public Mobile:

 

  1. log into your self-serve account
  2. click the 3rd tab down on the left hand side, titled "Payments"
  3. in the Pre-authorized area tap "Manage Payment Method"
  4. then tap "Update Card Information"
  5. from there, you'll be prompted to enter the complete credit card information with the new information
  6. then tap "Save Payment Information" at the bottom

@dompimsarah  Sign in to self serve go to payment tab and update cc info , you can also 611 if you know the PIN number and with voucher no pin is needed
