I’ve been trying for several minutes to change my account email for signing and I cannot figure out how please help I’m getting frustrated

@HALIMACS- There used to be a way to change the login email (username) but that left an internal email for the password resets still going to that internal email. That's how it came to be known that there were two locations.

@HALIMACS- There are two places in the system that support need to change. We hear the odd time that someone learns from another agent that the first one forgot to change it in both places leaving the customer wondering why something's still not working.
I'm not talking about the community.

Perhaps @dust2dust means in both the Account and the Community.
A CS_Agent can only change an account email.
Users can amends their own Community email address under their Avatar above right.

Only support can change your registered account email address. Be sure to remind them to change it in two places in their system
