Certified pre-owned phones

I am a Public Mobile customer and am considering buying one of their certified pre-owned phones for my wife.  She is not however a Public Mobile customer.  Will the phone work with her carrier?

Unfortunately the wrong price stays with me up until the point where I have to enter a credit card number, which I won't.  I used your customer support link to let them know, so I will see what happens with that.  Thanks darlicious.

If you make your order today while the sale is still on make sure you use the email address of your pm account so that you receive the $20 credit in the last week of April. You will also receive a free SIM card with the phone so you can work on referring your wife to pm.

Yes @Jeff267

You just have to move the SIM to the new phone.

Make sure any SIM sizing adaptors are added or removed as may be necessary.

That will work..but why not introduce wife to great value of Public Mobile. Tell her sim and phone are a package deal !

If it’s in the TELUS family (TELUS or Koodo), definitely.

Other Canadian carriers are also very likely.

Once you start considering use outside Canada/USA, it’s hit or miss and will depend on the frequencies of other country mobile providers.
