I have $10 in my available funds and my current account balance is $10 but it won’t process the payment or resume my services. Can’t submit a ticket, keeps coming with an error.
help???

Thank you, I ended up doing this however was not able to use my available funds. Any way to do that calling 611 in the future?

HI @Cat6 do you know the 4 digits PIN? if you do , call *611 from your phone and make a manual payment there
if that is not a solution, please submit a ticket with CS agent

you can also try to get the service back first. Get a voucher from Shoppers Drug mark or Shell, and load the voucher using *611 (no 4 digits pin required)
