Cant reply to text from old service provider to accept transfer

I switched from Rogers to PM. Rogers just sent me a text saying reply YES if you accept the transfer. I replied YES but its saying not delivered. I have Rogers sim card in my phone still. Is that the issue? Thank you.

Thank you for reply. I restarted my device and it worked.

@luke0001 possibly a device issue but this coild also be smething you need to work with Rogers 

Try the Rogers sim in another phone and reply again, and make sure it has not been 90 mins since you reply the message, if 90 mins passed, you have to call PM porting team and ask them to re-trigger the porting request and text (but if still unable to reply the text to Rogers, sort it out with Rogers support before calling PM porting team)
