Hi,
I am able to make calls but cannot recieve them. I can't send or recieve SMS but my mobile data is working just fine. I can't find the APN settings on my iphone 6 by following the steps on this website because I don't have anything in settings that says cellular data. The only thing I can change is the personal hot spot APN.
My phone is unlocked but I was using it in Australia and Vietnam last with pay as you go plans. The number I requested from Public is my old Telus number. Not sure if any of this makes a difference.

Your port-in has failed. The only cure is sending a private message to the moderators as suggested. Check your Telus SIM in case it is still working.
Given their backlog it may be a day, or two, before you have a response. Perhaps, turn on email notification of private messages to see their response as soon as it arrives. No I ported it almost a week ago. I thought it would need a couple days but its been too long. I have messaged a mod.
I have rebooted my phone many times. I don't have another unlocked phone to try it in.
