Cant login

My friend just made an account in Public Mobile. But everytime he logs in, the page just loops back into the sign up page.

I tried his account in my computer, with all extensions blocked and I experience the same thing. But I can login to my account fine.

Anyone encountering the same issue?

Are you login to your account through Eversafe ID?

If not, you and your friend need to create a new ID account with your registered email address and password.

Please note that the email address on the ID account will be the same as this Community so you can’t have 2 different emails address. It is now combined together.

@eddycunn  sound like an account issue

But can you ask him to try using Incognito mode to login?

and try using the app?
