I can't understand why the back and forth over emails when they can't reset my login information for me the whole time. What process!

This issue happened to me as well. Just make sure you email the moderators the correct information and if you seem to forget your username and pass you can try resetting by sending it your email address. I tried three times and it worked the last time.

I am guessing due to server maintenace this is being affected.

Be patient... your issue will be solved.

Moderators are people as well.

Hope you understand.

Im not a moderator.. But they get tons of email hard to keep track and update asap.

@sleong123 Suggest, you turn on email notification of private messages so you do not miss the deadline for resetting your account.

I'm sorry to hear about this, 

In order to reset your self-serve password, we need you to give us at least either your account number or 4 digit pin number. 

Did you make sure to provide all information to them?
