I have been trying to sign up but every time I log in I get an Error message. It's been 2 days. Is this common?

The major way that PM prevents Sim swapping is the 2FA text or email to access the self service account. Not many reported cases of SIM swapping recently. Important to have a better and different (from other accounts) password to access your self service account or email account.

The website is finicky. Try to clear cache first, incognito mode or a different web browser. Also, can try a different device or the PM app itself.
