I have tired on several phones/computers, when I go to sign in / my account i keep getting bounced back to the public mobile main site.  

I am trying to get details on my current plan.

same issue here; when through the eversafe process and set it up, but every time I click on the "sign in " it just bounces me back to the public mobile home page

going to https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/ directly jsut redirects me back to public mobile home page

PM has uses a new login system EverSafe.  Were you able to setup this new EverSafe ID for the login ? or you cannot get throught the setup process?

Some cusotmers have trouble setting up this new access.  Please open ticket with PM support and they can assist

 

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket
2. Or if you have trouble with Chatbot, Private message CS agent at 
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
