Hi Community,
I have just purchased a sim card, which came in the mail, and now trying to activate.
I can sign in to my account and it brings me to a page that says continue activation.
when i click the button a new window opens and asks me to sign in.
I attempt to sign in and it says login info incorrect.
only its not inncorrect.
HELP!

thanks guys,
i did try the app on my phone and no worky
and tried through the computer on the website no luck
then i downloaded the app onto my computer and it worked!

@RowanKlassen - you can only activate the SIM card through the public mobile APP. Can you download the APP, then try?
