Cannot make or receive calls on second day with PM

Hello,
I was able to make phone calls last night after porting my number from Freedom. However this morning, I have not been able to make outgoing or receive incoming calls. Is this a settings issue or a possible porting issue?

Sorry to hear about the porting issue, 

 

Can you please send me a private message with

 

-Public Mobile SIM card #

-The phone # you are porting

-Account # with your old provider

@Edweenie79  If your freedom sim is still active then your port did not complete.

 

Best option is to send a private message to the moderators with your account information and they will sort you out, don;t attempt the port process again.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did not receive that text but I was able to use my phone on PM directly afterwards. I guess I'll try going through the porting/activating Sim card stage again.

Yes - my freedom account is still active.

@Edweenie79  Did you receive the text saying port was complete?  Is your freedom SIM card still active?

 

You most likely have a porting issue.
