Hi,
I cannot reactivate my account (was deactivated for 1 month)
I have made payment but still cant make calls
I made the payment and it shows activated but cant make calls
after few hours it goes back to deactiveted account and not enough balance (i have auto payment and money was taken)
I have taken out sim and turned the phone off and restarted but still no luck
I did swapped the SIM as I lost the old one

Happy to hear that the mods took care of you.
You should keep a backup app like Fongo or Google hangout dialer. I keep both.
Allows free calls to most numbers in North America using wifi or data.

It wasnt GST .. it was just an error in biling

$171 is $150 + taxes (at 14%).
Are you in a province where the combined GST and PST, or the HST is 14%? This would be a correct payment amount, as all prices on Public Mobile are listed without taxes.

SIm swap was on the "My Account" it shows it has been swapped
Money was taken and it even showed balance
not it is deactivated and asking for more moeny 🐵
I did send it to moderator team
I am sure they will fix it

@azahoor, When you swapped the SIM, did you update your account with the new SIM number?
Are you sure that payment was taken from your Credit Card? If the SIM is updated in your account and CC was charged, something seems to have gone wrong with re-activation.
