I cannot make call to certain number like 1855.., not all number, it looks straightly blocked some phone number. Because I can make call through other phone, just cannot by public mobile?

Check to see if there is an Telus outage in your area:

Or if you are on the $15 plan, check your account to see if you have gone over 100 minutes.

You can try manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if this helps with making a call.

Can you receive calls?
Is your account suspended? When was your renewal date? Try calling 611 or logging into selfserve? To check status?
