Hi I am still having payment taken off my credit card and I cancelled my plan months ago

Did you cancel your account by porting number over to another carrier or disabled the Subscribe button (AutoPay)?

Ask PM support agent to process the refund and confirm the account was closed.   You can submit  ticket by direct message:

how you cancelled it? did you properly login My Account or App and disable Autopay?  Try login again and check

if you did everything correctly, ask PM to check and refund.

If you properly closed the account,  you won't be able to login My Account and  you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
