I joined Public Mobile around 10 PM on 12/2, but the next day, I received a call from the Koodo Retention Department offering a plan that suited me better, so I decided to switch back. During the call, the Koodo agent had access to the trial period policies for TELUS, Koodo, and Public Mobile and confirmed that I should be eligible for a refund, even though Public Mobile operates on a prepaid service model. This is based on staying within the trial period limits (e.g., less than 7 minutes of call time, minimal text messages, and data usage etc. ).
Can someone please advise how I can proceed with obtaining a refund from Public Mobile? Thanks in advance!

Because you already got a phone number and it's prepaid, I've heard they don't give refunds. However, if a Koodo agent has advised you of this, get it in writing from them and forward that to a CS Agent here at PM.

From my knowledge, Public mobile does not have a trial period.
I would contact Koodo and ask them to credit you the Public mobile plan fee. You could try PM customer service agent, but I have a feeling that you will be declined. PM is prepaid with no refunds.
