Cancel upcoming change to subscription

How do I cancel my upcoming subscription change.
Clicking on “Cancel subscription change” does not work. 
I want to keep my current subscription.

Public Mobile's website and app have known cache issues. Go into your browser settings, enter cache into the search, clear the cache (lifetime) and then close the entire browser. Wait a moment and then reopen the browser and to up to settings and pick new incognito tab. In that tab, log into Public Mobile again and try to cancel the upcoming change. If it's not allowing you to, THIS is how to properly contact a CS Agent.

hi @Dee551 

it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account and try cancelling, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
