Hi, I would like to cancel my phone plan associated with the number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, but I have lost my SIM card. Could you please assist me with this process?

@EL8026 If you wish to cancel, you can either port out to a competitor carrier (to keep your phone number) or you can toggle your auto subscription "OFF" which will immediately suspend upcoming payment from going through and after 90 days of "no payment" your account will be closed. Hope this helps.

I received your reply instructing me to contact service support to cancel my mobile plan using the provided link. However, I'm unable to reach them. Is there any way you can assist me directly?

hi @EL8026 you have posted all your info on the internet, update your post to remove it
you can try to login My Account and disable the Automatic payment. Yes, you cannot remove 2FA SMS, but click Didn't receive code or Resend code and then Send email to get the code via email. After you logged in, go to Payment, then Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed
if you really cannot login as you cannot get the 2FA, ask PM support agent to help. you can submit ticket by direct message:
