Does anyone know how we can cancel my subscription?

Does anyone know what kind of company can provide service for international call?

just to add to above, Whatsapp cannot send and receive text, not SMS.   It can be use as a messaging app if your friends also use Whatsapp, but it cannot send regular SMS

and Fongo can make free calls to any Canadian number but not free call for international calling.  Fongo cannot send text for free.  You can receive text for free but sending cost you money.  Also, Fongo is not reliable to receive 2FA text

You can use WhatsApp (when both parties have WhatsApp) or Fongo app to make free international calling and texting when connected to wifi.

you can port out the number and the account will be cancelled

or you can turn off Autopay by toggling off from My Account, Payment and Manage Subscription 

but you can also ask PM support to remove the credit card and account would be suspended and eventually cancelled.

Let's start with question one. You can log into your account, go to Payment then Manage Subscription and turn auto pay off. Here's a quick link

With regards to International calling, Public Mobile does have some, it really depends where you want to call.
