Cancel authorization of payment from credit card

I am not using the service of Public Mobile now, so I want to cancel the authorization(for Public Mobile) of payment from my credit card, but I cannot login to Public Mobile now, and there isn't a people to talk with, how should I do?

I should get return of half month fee as well.

There are no partial refunds here.

Another method is to dial 1-855-4pu-blic and get your renewal date. Then on the evening before that day, log in to your credit card and pause it. Then the next day unpause it. That will stop the payment from happening and put your account into suspension and then 90 days later it will fully deactivate.

HI @LeiShen   sorry, PM is prepaid and won't provide refund.  Afterall, you need to take care of your account.  No way for PM to know you paying but not using

PM does Not refund unused portion if you switch companies or decide not to use PM services anymore.

Log in to your account and remove checkmark:



Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@LeiShen  PM is s prepaid service so I'm afraid they won't refund any portion of the payment that you've made.  Follow @softech suggestions below and you should be good.


@LeiShen   you can use *611 to disable Autopay if you have the 4 digits pin


If not, you will have to get the access back to My Account


First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
