I recd a SIM - I have not activated it as I want to cancel (I was told if I cancel before activation it would refund my charges). Can’t find any way to cancel !! Please advise!

hi @Dougal3 you need a sim and you want to cancel? why not get a sim card and complete the activation?
if you want cancel and get a refund since it was not fully activated yet, message support
