Canada Us Mexico plan not showing up as an option

I am an existing member and have been for years. I want to switch to the Canda-US-Mexico cyber Monday deal but it doesn't show up as an option for me. I tried following the recommendation to change my plan to a cheaper one and then log in again to see if it shows up but still nothing there. Any other suggestions?

@kennedyj9  That’s because you still in $40 plan you need to make immediate plan change to the $30 plan then the $35 plan should appear then change it for next renewal 2 steps and if not like I said you still save $10 going forward and get more data with $30 plan @kennedyj9

I tried this but the Can US Mex plans didn't show up when I picked the option to change on renewal

@kennedyj9  that’s the only way to try and hack the $35 MEX plan aside from asking support for it or porting number out and back in on newly created PM account with new sim and new email , but the $30 plan make sense to keep even if it didn’t work and save yourself $10 a month and get 5GB more so you don’t have much to lose in that  sense

hi @kennedyj9 you can schedule the plan change using Change on Renewal.  You won't get charged today with Change on Renewal.  PM will only charge you on your next renewal date, Dec 16.  So, schedule the change to lock the plan for your account (no chance it won't show up on renewal)

So then I have to pay now even though my cycle doesn't end until Dec 16th and is there a possibility that if I do this the Mexico Canada US plan won't show up?

@kennedyj9  Yes so the $45 MEX and $55 MEX roaming plans are there . And so is the $30 20GB plan . So you have options some have done immediate plan change to the $30 plan then the $35 MEX plan will appear if you want that then just change it for next renewal in 2 step process 

adding @kennedyj9 you should at very least take the $30 plan save $10 a month and get 5 extras GB

hi @kennedyj9 what plan you currently have? everyone should at least see the $45 and $55 Canada/US/Mex plan on the Change Subscription page

@kennedyj9  Are you using the app ? Or website to

log in ? Try the other and check again only way I can think you don’t see it is if you have a plan that cost more then the most expensive MEX roaming plan or 90 day plan possibly?

@kennedyj9  There should still be $45 -$55 CAN/ U.S. / MEX plan if you don’t seethe $35MEX plan . But if you see the $30 20GB CAN/US plan that’s one of the very best deals in my opinion and I would go for it personally infact I have
