On the Canada US and Mexico plan for $35, is a call to a US number from Canada long distance or is it just part of the plan I have? If I’m in Mexico, is a call from Mexico up to Canada long distance? When I’m in Mexico, can I phone another Mexican number or is that long distance? I know the plan says unlimited, but I just wasn’t sure about the long distance technicalities.
Thanks!

@SonnyHong1966 If you are on a CAN/US/MEX plan your talk and text are unlimited, there are no roaming fees, and no long distance fees. Think of it as if you are always at home, and calling your next door neighbour. as @golfball @mentioned, there are a few (less than 10 I think) exhange numbers that are not included so you just won’t be able to call them. Hope this helps
*added the exchange numbers : ”Calls made to numbers starting with the following six digit combinations are not included in US calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726”

@SonnyHong1966 Calling between the three countries and calling within them is all included in the plan. The only catch in the USA (and maybe parts of Mexico) is that to make voice calls the phone must be on Public Mobile's "certified" VoLTE list or it's not definitely going to work since the USA shut down their 3G networks in 2022.

Not sure what you mean by "long distance". If you try to make a call to a number that's not included in your plan or add-ons the call will simply not go through. Public Mobile doesn't do extra charges so you don't need to worry about that.
