Can you please fix my plan so it gives me the data I've paid for

I switched plans a few times now, and I'm supposedly on the 20gb plan but it doesn't show up right can you please fix it so I got the 20gb plan.. thanks.

When you say you've switched plans a few times now and the correct one doesn't show, do you mean you've made repeated plan changes on an immediate basis?

 

If so, it's possible you have been charged a full cycle each time.

 

Check your credit card statement to see if there are multiple charges for the desired plan amount. If so, contact the customer support agents and have them refund all but one since the terrible caching of their self-serve site should not be your problem.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Your probably looking at old cached information before.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead

 

Then refresh your overview page using the little circular refresh wheel.

@magical  - why do you think you are not on the 20GB plan?Were you charged the proper plan amount at renewal time?

 

Are you seeing this on your My Account?

Try logging in through incognito mode, or when logged in ensure you click the refresh arrow button to see the latest on your account.

@magicalshoupd be just cache issue.   try check again using Incognito mode.
