I’m trying to log in my account but I always got redirected to create and choose a plan like if I new in the service(I have a year). I already have a subscription, sim and pre authorization payment. How can I resolve this? I have a month trying to log in on my account I’m really mad!!!

sound like you didn't get setup properly on this new EverSafe login system. Please submit a ticket with PM CS agent for them to fix
