Hi,
I have a plan with 500 mb data per month. But i cannot use the internet at all. Does anyone know what’s wrong?

You will probably need to check your APN settings. Here is a great site to setup your APN and instructions on how to do it. Find the APN Settings for Public Mobile here!

Either your data isn't enabled on your device, or your APN Settings need to be updated.
Please check the Knowledge Base for many useful tips!
