I try to log in and it says "Password/Email wrong"
I try changing password and nothing gets sent to my E-Mail. I just want to update my billing info.
Needing the website instead of some app is a real pain.

@RavenTree check the spam box , maybe it is there. Or try other possible email address you might have used

Check your junk or spam folders on your e-mail.
Also, when trying to access self serve, if available, use a desktop or laptop device in incognito or private tab. Tends to be less error prone around here...
