Can't sign in to account - getting forbidden and request header or cookie too large

Have tried on two diff browsers on two diff PCs, getting the errors note in the subject line.

I'm back to this problem again.  I get "forbidden" after entering my user id and pw.  On two different browsers, have also tried incognito on both browsers.

thank all I was able to sign in via private mode on one of the computers.

clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
or tried other browser.

The website is definitely finicky the last several days with the new change in My account.  Maybe try incognito or private mode with one of your browsers.  Clear cache.
