Hello,
I used to have an account but suspended it for a few months. I can't log back in (password invalid) and I can't reset the password (account disabled). I also can't reactivate the sim card with a new account (invalid sim number).
How can I get this phone back online?

Do you know how to get them to fully erase the account? Would be annoying to not receive any important emails if I have to use a throwaway account.

You will need to use another email address to register the new SIM card unfortunately....

Thanks for the replies. It'll be a new number from a new city so that isn't a problem, but yes it has been closer to a year.
Does this mean my email address is also banned from creating another account? That would be really annoying.

@tapAfter 90 days (not quite 3 months).. your accout will be deletd from Public Mobile's system, the number and credits attachd to it will be forfeited.. the only way is to start anew with a new SIM card.. and hope you can get your old number from the pool of available numbers.

How long was your account inactive? if it was more than 90 days, your account is closed forever, your number lost and your SIM card can't be used again. You will need to buy a new SIM card and register the new Card with new phone number.
