After upgrading to the new 5G a few weeks ago I can no longer send or receive pictures via MMS , everything else works fine. I'm using a OnePlus Nord N20 5G.

Had the same issue with OnePlus 7T. Tried all kinds of things but the final fix was the APN value should be all in capitals. SP.MB.COM. This was the only thing that worked for me.

I just contacted cs_agent regarding this and it doesn't look promising... here's what they had to say
Hi 0utc4st,
Thanks for reaching Public Mobile. This is Angelo and I'll be more than happy to help you with your concern today.
First of all, we are sorry to hear about your inquiry.
However, it is strongly important to set up the right expectations.
We are doing a general update on our services and network. We kindly ask you to verify the following link:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/picture-messaging-updates
Please check if your device/cellphone is listed there, under the MMS capable devices list.
If it is there, please try again setting up your APN settings, but first, delete any previous APN settings in your device.
If the issue persists even after making sure your device is listed, and you have the right APN, please remove your Public Mobile Simcard and test it on another cellphone device.
If your device/cellphone IS NOT listed, please consider using third-party messaging Apps, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Line, Viber, WeChat, etc... Or any other Social Media App.

Hi @softech,
Thanks for your fast response, I tried this and they no longer show as failed but the pictures still aren't coming through or sending, is there anything else I can try?
Thanks!

did you just update the OS to Android 14? There has been some issue with OnePlus after the Android upgrade
With OnePlus, there might be a bit more work then simply updating. Many confirmed that you need to delete the current APN profile first. Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensivitve and do not add extra spaces. Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try
