Can't see the promotional plan

I am currently on the $39 4G plan. I want to switch to the $40 5G promotional plan but do not see it and would like to switch to it. Is anyone else having this problem?

you could start a new account, and select the desired plan. If you're a legacy Rewards customer...you'll lose them and be a Points customer for all new accounts. Esim is currently free, for some cellphones.

@DavidCzachor  we are just customers like you trying to help , I want that plan to unfortunately it’s only for new activation , but you can create a new account with new email and phone number get that plan and port out your original PM line to another carrier for a month and port back in on that new 30GB for $40 plan . But probably not worth the time and money to do so , note you can get 40GB for $45 5G plan

@DavidCzachor  Sorry you can’t see or get the 30GB for $40 5G plan has its only for new activations , but what you can take advantage of is if your in the 20GB for $39 chose it for the 90 day option and pay $102 upfront with 60GB to use over 90 days works out to $34 a month. Just be sure to change plans for next renewal and not immediately or you lose money in your current cycle you already paid for
