Can't reset password no email received , now locked out. Need help

Arrrgh !  Hating this system at the moment. Since yesterday tried to reset password and no email received despite appearing  successful. Posted private msg to moderators no response . Now locked out....Bah!

The password reset doesn't work for anyone please send a private message to the mods. Find the info in the spoiler.

I'm having the exact same problem-  forgot my password but didn't receive the email and now I'm locked out.

Please help me-  this account shares same email with my public mobile account.

The "Forgot Password" function doesn't work, which you've discovered and it's crummy. Only solution is to private message the mods and wait for them to help - which is what you're doing. They can take up to 48 hours to respond - so all you can do now is wait. Which sucks, sorry!
