I transferred my wireless number from Rogers to Public Mobile on Saturday. Received text message from Rogers to approve the transfer, replied "yes".
I can access data and make phone calls (and have set up voice mail), but I can't receive phone calls or text messages. I tried re-starting the phone, taking the sim card out and putting it back in again.
Advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

if you can make outbound calls and just not receive inbounds, then yes, porting team can help and I will message you the number
but if you cannot even make outbound calls, that is not a porting issue, you need to open a proper ticket with PM support. you can submit ticket by direct message:

can you make outbound calls? if you can make calls and just not receiving calls, it is a problem with porting
