Can't receive or make phone calls. Service stopped working

Hi guys, I I just changed my SIM card because the phone service stopped working I couldn't make any phone calls nor text anybody all of a sudden from my Verizon Moto phone. Now it is texting  after activating the new sim card in my account but I still can't receive nor make any phone calls.  What could be wrong??

You might want to check to see if there is an outage in your area. This could be the issue and have nothing to do with your SIM.

@agl200514  and you have verified that payment is up-to-date?

If so,  reset networks and reboot phone and try again. 

If that still doesn't work you can message agents at the link below for assistance. 

They will reply via same to inbox envelope top right corner.

data works? did you try Reset Network settings?

and also, you have properly registered the new sim card on your My Account (go to Profile page and update sim card number)

if you did all that, ask support to refresh the account on the system.
