Can't receive incoming calls

Manny55

I recently ported a rogers landline to public and i can call out but all incoming calls go straight to voicemail? I have checked my phone settings and dont see any reason for this issue. What can be the cause and how can i fix it?? The phone is a Jethro SC330 flip (Im a senior so this type of phone works for me). I appreciate any help!!

The barring feature is a promising fix....good one...and I now have a jethro manual..😀

 @Manny55:

manual

Page 32 about voicemail. See if the number is set to 1 and your area code and 5814001. It could possibly be a different area code in your province. And it could be 580.

@Manny55 how recently?  Landlines take quite a bit longer to port, typically sevearl days to a week or so.
