Hi there,
I've had an account with PM for quite some time now with no issues, using the same phone with no changes to hardware or software (Google Pixel). As of sometime in the last 72 hours I've been unable to receive SMS or incoming calls. I can send SMS and make outgoing calls with no issue. As well, my data continues to work.
If someone with the @CS_Agent could help with this that would be fantastic.

Yes. Have also taken out the SIM card and reinserted it.

@Rbp have you tried some simple troubleshooting?
Sometimes just turning off the phone, removing and reinserting the phone and turning it back on helps fixing some issues.
