My plan update went through today, but issue of not being able to receive calls, when someone calls me they hear "5UT1, you reached a number that is not equipped for incoming service", when I call someone they receive my calls but from an unknown num...

Yes, I had a plan change

I have submitted a ticket and hope to get an answer soon

@zackz- Did you do a plan change? If so then you need to contact support.

Geez this is getting a little concerning now, guess I won't be making a plan change anytime soon, the dinosaur 3G will have to do for now lol

@Gypsy2 did you try to reboot your phone?

 

also try to reseat your sim card.  Power off, take sim card out for a minute and then put it back and power up

 

If you have another phone,  test the sim card there.

 

Also, did you join PM last month and is this your first renewal with PM?

hi there have been issues with plan changes latetly with plaan changes contact a service rep

you need to contact customer service agent

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply
