You could reset your 4 digit account pin (if you don't remember it) and use 611 to make a payment with the registered card.

@lilroman There's been a glitch in the self serve system requiring customers to pay the full plan cost rather than "amount due" (net with rewards factored in), although I thought that had been resolved recently, but maybe it's still affecting some accounts.
Are you having problems adding the amount due rather than full plan price? Is there a Reactivate option that you can click to push the payment through?
Also make sure to login after clearing cache/cookies and using incognito/private mode or another browser.

When did you last pay? Are you not able to login? You can buy vouchers and use 611 to enter them. You can go to some stores and do real time payments. If you know your 4 digit account pin you can your registered credit card through 611.
