Following. I'm getting super fed up - tried to open a ticket yesterday but had problems with that too. Today I have no cell plan and no way to get actual help. I'm fixin' to leave PM if I don't get this resolved today.

@zryamanda What error did you get?
Try to do it once more in Incognito mode , or try on a completely different browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome)
However, if you tried too many times already, it could have triggered a Fraud lock on PM side. You will need to contact PM support to help:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
