Can't make outgoing calls or texts on my iPhone 17 but I can get incoming voice and text calls.
Rogers says my number was ported to Public Mobile successfully. I am using up data. So I have the e-sim but it doesn't seem to connect to my phone number.
Thanks for any help on this

@Bobo17 could be a sim card provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM support but you have fo engage them by direct message :

Thank you for your help on this. I was able to seemingly successfully do a network settings reset, & went through all the steps, however after automatically restarting it made no difference.

I meant to say "re-connect" 🙂

This could very well work to fix the issue, but the customer is already connected to the Public Mobile network as incoming calls and text messages are already working.

Hello.
This could be a very simple fix. You just net to reset your network settings. After you've completed that, just restart your phone.
To reset your iPhone's network settings, go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings. This will erase all saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and Bluetooth settings, requiring you to reconnect to Wi-Fi and pair Bluetooth devices afterward.
