Can't make or receive calls

Hi. I'm new to this. My account says I'm active. It says a payment was due Feb 26. That's tomorrow and I am on auto pay and I checked card and it is current. Not sure what is going on.

Airplane mode is OFF...right ?

@Moose3   if you have another phone, test your PM sim card there.  It would force a sim reprovision and it could resolve your problem

 

if still does not work or you don't have another phone around , open ticket with PM Support

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Text working but not phone calls?

 

do you have another phone to test the sim card?

or did you try your phone in different area?

What plan do you have ? $15 or others?

how about incoming calls or outgoing? 

 

if $15 plans, can you login My Account again using Incognito mode and check if you still have outgoing minutes left?

 

If you still have outgoing minutes or if you are on $25+ plan , try to change your Preferred Network type or Network mode to 3G only or WCDMA and check if the phone connects at all under this setting.  If it connects, try to make outgoing calls again

that's odd...has it been working fine up to now ?

BTW...make sure you haven't turned ON bluetooth by mistake...maybe calls are going through your car !!

@Moose3  Try rebooting the phone . Or you can also try resetting the network settings

as long as you can still talk/text/data...just ignore the Suspended message. As long as you have a valid credit card on your file set to Autopay...all should be fine tomorrow am.

Check to make sure you can still text or talk.
