Do you have another computer (i.e. work computer) you could logging in with?

This happend to a friend of mine when we were trying to activate. If you tried clearing your cache and that didnt work, try using a different computer, or a phone that uses a differnet IP address.
When we ran into this issue i seem to rememeber anything machine on my friends network was locked out or blacklisted for a day after a few failed attempts.

When I try calling 611 it doesn't help

Make sure your username and password are correct. If not, you will be asked to reset them. Sometimes there's a technical issue with the log in page and you can retry minutes later.

Try using a different browser and incognitio mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

Make sure you use correct username and password. The web page is slow...so be patient. Try again a bit later maybe. Try calling 611.
