but can you at least login via the browser?
for app login, uninstall the app, and clear browser cache on your phone for the default browser (the app uses the default browser for login process), then reboot phone and reinstall the app

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
