Can't log into Public Mobile app

I set up my subscription on my computer and installed the PM app. But I can't log into the app, so I can't proceed.

My goal is to port in my old number.

You need the app to complete the activation. If it is about 2fa, it will send to your email 

If you still cannot proceed, aak PM to help
