It wants me to verify my email but my old yahoo email got hacked and now I can’t get into my account to update my credit card to get my services back on! Help! I tried from the *611 but- I don’t know my 4 digit pin. Help!

1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
